The latest information on Vantage Lofts: Construction began in 2006, but later came to a stop in June of 2008 when Slade Developement filed for bankruptcy protection on the project. Since that time a California investment banking firm has been retained to sell the $37.5 million dollar first mortgage on Vantage Lofts. Although units in this project were originally offered in the $400,000 range, it is likely that if this project is completed as a "Private Residences" residential project, prices would probably range from the high $100,000's to the low $200,000's based on current market conditions. However that is pure speculation at this point, as the timeline and future of Vantage Lofts is uncertain at this time.
