Vantage Lofts - will be located at Gibson Road and Paseo Verde in the foothills of Black Mountain in Henderson.  Vantage Lofts is a luxury, mid-rise condominium community situated on 10 acres and will feature three, 5 tory buildings with over 110 lofts and flats.  Vantage will feature unpresedent views of the Las Vegas Valley, Strip and Downtown, and the magestic mountain ranges.

Vantage Lofts - will feature European Style kitchen cabintry finished in laminated wood and aluminum banding, refrigerator and dishwaser will have cabinet panel fronts to match the cabintry, granite countertops, Hansgrohe kitchen faucet, Blum hardware and Blumotion drawers.

The latest information on Vantage Lofts:  Construction began in 2006, but later came to a stop in June of 2008 when Slade Developement filed for bankruptcy protection on the project.  Since that time a California investment banking firm has been retained to sell the $37.5 million dollar first mortgage on Vantage Lofts.  Although units in this project were originally offered in the $400,000 range, it is likely that if this project is completed as a "Private Residences" residential project, prices would probably range from the high $100,000's to the low $200,000's based on current market conditions.  However that is pure speculation at this point, as the timeline and future of Vantage Lofts is uncertain at this time.
