Turn One Suites (Formerly known as "Trophy Towers") - will be located on the Grounds of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.  The 10-story, 190 foot tower will feature 127 units comprising of 2-4 bedroom condos, ranging in size from 1,343 -3,550 sq. ft.  The first three levels will be enclosed parking with 300 spaces. Levels three through seven will have 75 two-bedroom units ranging from 1,343 square feet to 2,315 square feet. Levels eight through 10 will have 18 two-story units ranging from 1,650 square feet to 3,550 square feet with 20-foot ceilings. There will be nine three- and four-bedroom penthouse units with 25-foot ceilings and rooftop terraces.  Prices will run from about $500,000 to $4 million.
