As professional real estate agents serving the Southern Nevada area, we have met agents from across the United States through relocation referrals, conferences, friends, family, etc.  We would be happy to speak with you about exchanging contact information to be a part of each other's Realtor® referral network.

• ^{Refer your client to any member of The Goad Team, and if they purchase any of our listings, we will pay you a 50% referral fee (25% of each side of the transaction). Just send us the referral, and we do the rest. *}
• ^{If your referral purchases a listing that is not a Goad Team listing, or for listing referrals, we will pay you 25% of our commission as a referral fee. With some of the higher commissions being offered to the buyer's agent in both the resale and new home market this could be a very profitable referral situation. (Resale co-op's to buyers agents are averaging between 3%-5%, while many New Homes communities are offering commissions as high as 8%) *}
