The Cosmopolitan - will be located on the Las Vegas Strip next to the Bellagio.  Tower one will be 61 stories & tower two will be 45 stories high with approximately 2,600 condominiums for sale (condo hotels).  Owners will be able to take an elevator from their condo-hotel unit directly to the casino floor.  There´s no other development on the Strip that provides condo unit owners that type of one-button accessibility to the casino. 

1/28/10 Update - Spoke with a representative at The Cosmopolitan and at this time they are not selling any condo's in the project.  When asked if the condo's they have sold in the past will still proceed, the representative stated that the future of the condo sales is uncertain whether the sales will go through or whether buyers will be refunded and the project is completed as a Hotel-Casino only.
