C2 Lofts - will be located in Summerlin at the southwest corner of West Charleston Blvd. and I-215.  C2 Lofts will feature 341 units in two buildings.  C2 lofts will be a mid rise towers of 5 stories each.  C2 Lofts will consist of one and two story lofts from 600 to 2,500 sq. ft. with exposed concrete annd mechanicals.
